Terms of service

Yappy (yappy.fyi) is a campaign-intelligence workspace. It is early software, provided as is: it may change, break, or be unavailable, and we make no warranties about fitness for any purpose. Using it means accepting these terms.

Yappy runs on API keys you bring for third-party services (OpenAI, Tavily, fal). Anything those services charge for what you run is between you and them; you are responsible for the costs your keys incur and for keeping your use within those services’ own terms. Set spend limits with those providers — Yappy cannot cap them for you.

What you make here is yours. You grant us only what is needed to run the service: storing your content and passing it to the services you invoke. We claim no other rights over it.

Use Yappy lawfully. Do not use it to produce deceptive or harmful material, to infringe others’ rights, or to abuse the third-party services it connects to. We may suspend accounts that do.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us for it — which, today, is nothing.

You can stop using Yappy at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the privacy policy). We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
